Meet Naomi - Founder of Nurse on Campus
Naomi is a Registered Nurse and School Nurse with over 15 years of experience working across the health and education sectors. She has supported young people with a wide range of medical and health needs and brings a practical, school-based understanding to student health care planning.
Naomi is deeply committed to ensuring that students with additional health needs are able to attend school safely, confidently, and without barriers to participation. She believes that every student deserves to feel included, supported, and understood within their school environment, regardless of their health requirements.
Through close collaboration with students, families, and school staff, Naomi has developed a strong understanding of the challenges schools face in managing health needs alongside educational responsibilities. Inconsistent guidance, unclear care plans, and limited support can place pressure on staff and impact student wellbeing and safety.
To address this gap, Naomi established Nurse on Campus. The service supports schools by providing clear, practical, and compliant student health care plans that are realistic for everyday school settings. These plans are designed to give staff confidence and clarity, ensuring they understand both what to do and why it matters.
At the core of Naomi’s work is a commitment to student safety, inclusion, and staff support—helping schools meet their duty of care while creating environments where all students can learn, participate, and thrive.
Our mission is to support schools with clear, practical health care planning that helps staff feel confident and prepared, supports inclusive practice, and keeps student safety at the centre of care.
Our vision is for schools to be safe, inclusive environments where all students — regardless of their health care needs — feel supported, understood, and able to fully participate in school life.

Supportive Service
We work alongside schools with respect and understanding, aiming to reduce stress for staff and support shared responsibility in caring for students.
Preparedness
We believe confidence comes from preparation. Clear plans in place before they are needed help schools respond calmly and effectively.
